Full Stack Engineer

Ø  Responsibilities:

·         Develop, test, and deploy scalable and high-performance web applications.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

·         Maintain code quality through code reviews and automated tests.

·         Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

·         Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.

·         Design and implement RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as Next JS, Flask, Django • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript -Angular, React, Node.js, XML, jQuery)

·         Familiarity with some of databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS Redis,), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design

·         Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture

·         Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

·         Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python

·         Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes

·         Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (eg: Git, BitBucket)

·         Develop and maintain frontend components using React.

·         Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.

Ø  Educational Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

·         4-10 years of professional experience in full stack development.

·         Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

·         Strong experience with back-end technologies: Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.

·         Proficient in database design and management: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

·         Experience with version control systems like Git.

·         Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

·         Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

·         Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

·         Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·         Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ø  Preferred Skills:

·         Experience with microservices architecture.

·         Knowledge of serverless computing.

·         Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
