Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure nursing care for cath lab and interventional patients. Scrub and assist during procedures, operate hemodynamic and cardiac devices, document care, educate patients, and support IR procedures and post-procedure recovery.

Support design, build, test, implement, and optimize Epic OpTime/Anesthesia applications and integrated workflows. Collaborate with clinical and business teams, provide technical support, manage system improvements, and support users across multiple operating room locations.

Provide CT imaging services on a 13-week contract: perform CT exams per protocol, operate Toshiba CT equipment, ensure patient positioning and safety, document results, and collaborate with radiology staff.

Provide direct Med-Surg patient care: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care. Serve as clinical shift leader, perform duties within RN scope, document in Cerner EMR, and maintain required certifications.

Provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care on inpatient psych units, including assessment, nursing care plan development and implementation, medication administration and documentation, multidisciplinary treatment planning, and floating between adult and adolescent units as needed.

Provide cath lab technical support for diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures. Assist during procedures, perform duties within scope of practice, rotate on-call and weekend coverage, and support department needs.

Provide radiographic setup and quality control for angiographic and cath lab procedures, assist physicians and staff with patient preparation, sterile tray setup, post-procedure care, room turnover, and operate hemodynamic and monitoring equipment including cardiac output and oxygen saturation devices.

Provide peri-procedural nursing care in the cardiac catheterization lab including pre/post assessment, intra-procedure support, scrubbing for procedures, operating hemodynamic and cardiac devices, patient education, and assisting with IR and electrophysiology cases.

Provide in-home physical therapy to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, consult physicians and interdisciplinary team, complete timely documentation (OASIS/HCHB), and drive to patient homes within assigned territory.

Provide and document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient/family education on MedSurg unit. Monitor patient status, communicate changes to care team, follow medication and safety policies, and complete documentation in EMR. Night shift, 12-hour schedule, 13-week travel contract.

Provide in-home physical therapy for home health patients: evaluate, develop and implement treatment plans, consult with physicians and interdisciplinary team, document care, and travel daily within assigned territory.

Provide direct nursing care on Med-Surg/Telemetry and PCU/IPCU units; perform assessments and interventions, communicate with team, float to inpatient units as needed, promote quality patient care, incorporate teaching, and apply leadership and critical thinking.

Perform and assist with cardiac catheterizations, PCI, IABP insertions, STEMI call, IVUS/IFR and interventional radiology procedures; conduct patient assessments, consultations, rounds, and communicate progress to the care team.

Provide direct nursing care in a long-term care facility under RN supervision. Assess, implement, and evaluate care plans; supervise nursing assistants; maintain resident safety and follow facility policies, state Nurse Practice Act, and applicable JCAHO standards. Night shift, 12-hour schedule with weekend/holiday rotation required.

Provide total nursing care for adult-geriatric Med Surg/Stepdown patients, assess and implement plans of care, float to similar units, administer cardiac drips, document in Epic, educate patients and families, and participate in holiday/weekend rotations on night shifts (3x12s).

Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure nursing care for cath lab patients undergoing angiography and cardiac catheterization. Assist and scrub for procedures, operate hemodynamic and cardiac output monitors, pacemakers/ICDs and intra-aortic balloon pump, support interventional radiology and electrophysiology cases, document care and educate patients, and perform supply/staffing duties.

Provide CVICU nursing care including assessment, care planning, documentation, and leadership of assigned unit patients. Manage post-open-heart and complex cardiac cases, perform evaluations, and coordinate treatment and discharge planning. Follow unit protocols and perform additional duties as assigned.

Provide comprehensive ICU nursing care, use clinical judgment to assess and treat patients, collaborate on individualized care plans, participate in patient/family teaching, document accurately, float to similar units, and participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.

Provide direct nursing care on Med Surg/Telemetry and PCU/IPCU units, including assessments, interventions, patient/family teaching, floating as needed, charge responsibilities, and collaborating with the care team to ensure safe, efficient, quality patient care.
