Dental insurance

Through MetLife, employees have the option of 2 plans to use for preventative, basic, orthodontia and major services. Our plans cover 100% of preventative care.

Disability insurance

We provide Life and Disability insurance through Dearborn. IMO covers 100% of your pre-disability earnings for the first 4 weeks and 60% for the remaining time up to 12 weeks total.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Through Chard Snyder, you can contribute pre-taxed dollars to any, or all, of 3 FSAs including healthcare, dependent care, and commuter. The maximum contribution to the healthcare FSA is $2,750.
