The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact on one project or multiple smaller projects, responsible for project team performance, cost, quality, schedule, and safety. They maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors while promoting the company's vision and core values. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field and 3 years of experience in construction project management.

The Project Engineer (PE) is responsible for document management and assists the Project Manager in all aspects of cost, quality, schedule, and safety. They build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. The PE must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The Project Engineer (PE) is directly responsible for document management and assists the Project Manager in all aspects of cost, quality, schedule, and safety. Responsible for assisting the projects teams with obtaining, evaluating, coordinating and distributing the information and authorizations needed to construct projects on time, within budget, safely, and with quality in partnership with the project team.
