Provides comprehensive HR administration support for El Salvador operations, including employee records, onboarding, payroll inputs, attendance and leave management, employee relations, terminations, statutory compliance, occupational safety, facilities coordination, and employee well-being programs. The role manages government platforms, supports investigations and disciplinary processes, maintains confidential documentation, coordinates employee activities, and advises employees and managers on HR policies, labor requirements, and workplace matters.

Administers Philippine government benefits, statutory transactions, labor compliance reports, and agency coordination. Processes SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG registrations, claims, loans, and updates; prepares DOLE and other mandatory reports; maintains compliance records and calendars; supports audits; advises employees and HR stakeholders; improves procedures; and serves as the subject matter expert for Philippine statutory compliance.

Coordinates employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, employment verification, documentation, records maintenance, employee inquiries, background checks, and HR service requests. Maintains confidential employee information, tracks cases and administrative activities, supports benefits and compliance processes, and escalates specialized concerns. The role is onsite in Makati on a night shift and requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manages large healthcare client accounts, serving as the primary contact for implementation, ongoing program management, performance reporting, issue resolution, contract negotiations, renewals, and revenue growth. Coordinates internal and external teams, tracks KPIs, develops client solutions, leads meetings and presentations, manages complex projects, supports compliance and quality initiatives, and identifies risks and expansion opportunities.
