The Senior Accountant maintains accurate financial records, prepares journal entries and reconciliations, supports month-end and year-end close, produces financial reports, assists with budgeting and forecasting, and supports internal and external audits. The role also strengthens internal controls, identifies financial risks, improves accounting processes, collaborates across departments, and provides guidance to junior accounting staff. This is an on-site night-shift position in Makati.

Processes accounts receivable transactions, posts payments and financial entries, verifies invoices and supporting documents, performs reconciliations, responds to account inquiries, and maintains accurate, confidential financial records. Collaborates with the Finance team on accounting initiatives while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Schedules and coordinates diagnostic imaging and specialty-care appointments in a remote healthcare contact center. Handles inbound and outbound patient interactions, appointment changes, inquiries, insurance verification, order and referral review, documentation, and provider coordination. Maintains HIPAA compliance, follows scheduling protocols, navigates multiple systems, meets contact-center quality and productivity standards, and provides empathetic patient support.
