Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications using .NET and Angular. Build secure RESTful APIs, responsive interfaces, and reliable backend services while contributing to architecture and technical decisions. Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, including C#/.NET plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript customizations, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows. Collaborate with U.S. stakeholders in an agile Azure DevOps environment, perform testing, manage deployments and managed solutions, document technical changes, and troubleshoot business applications. Preferred experience includes Azure services, CI/CD, AI agents, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, and multi-platform integrations.

Develop, customize, maintain, secure, and optimize WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and custom functionality. Troubleshoot production issues, integrate APIs and business systems, manage updates and deployments, and improve performance, scalability, and Core Web Vitals. Collaborate with technical and creative teams, support client discussions and pre-sales activities, and follow secure coding, version control, staging, documentation, and release-management practices.

Processes customer purchase orders, sales quotes, product releases, returns, RMAs, shipping updates, and invoicing documentation. Coordinates with account teams, customers, warehouses, and retailers to ensure accurate and timely parts shipments. Responds to customer communications, manages order status updates, and supports overall customer satisfaction while maintaining organized records and effective follow-through.

Drive B2B demand and lead generation for Data, BI, Analytics, and AI services. Own campaigns across email, LinkedIn, SEO, ABM, webinars, content, and digital channels; define target accounts and messaging; nurture leads; collaborate with sales and presales; monitor MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution; and research markets and competitors.

Owns GCP infrastructure and data systems across project provisioning, organization governance, Terraform automation, container deployment, CI/CD, observability, IAM, networking, security, and database administration. The role manages PostgreSQL, Bigtable, and BigQuery environments, supports multi-region data compliance, optimizes performance, and establishes disaster recovery. It requires autonomous execution, architecture ownership, documentation, and production support across secure, multi-tenant cloud environments.
