Manage and support client Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, hybrid Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Defender. Responsibilities include identity synchronization, security and compliance configuration, endpoint management, migrations, Azure resource administration, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, documentation, monitoring, and end-user support. The role also performs cloud and tenant migrations, manages device policies, responds to security incidents, and automates administrative tasks with PowerShell and Azure CLI.

Designs and supports installation of pushout theft prevention systems from site planning through customer acceptance. Creates AutoCAD layouts, technical drawings, and client visuals; interprets surveys and floor plans; specifies devices, antenna loops, cameras, and door managers; collaborates with engineering, operations, vendors, and customers; troubleshoots systems and updates designs based on installation feedback.

Monitors security, camera, and other systems; analyzes alerts; provides Tier 1 technical support; manages cases, tickets, and work orders; troubleshoots remote devices; coordinates service dispatch; communicates with clients; maintains reports; and ensures timely case resolution within service-level expectations.
