Taking days or weeks to answer questions like these isn’t the exception, it’s how finance works today. Getting to an answer often means digging across finance, data, engineering, and multiple business systems. We think it should feel as easy as searching Google. That’s what Quanta is building, with a fundamentally different approach than layering AI on top of existing financial software. We started with the hardest part: the underlying data. Quanta has spent years doing the actual accounting work for real companies and building the infrastructure necessary to understand their financial reality at an incredibly granular level. We're building what we call the **Operational Ledger** — a system that preserves not only the financial outcome of something that happened, but the context behind it: the source data, calculation, policy, exception, and human decisions involved. That creates a foundation on which AI can do something genuinely new. Instead of navigating dashboards and predefined workflows, imagine asking: *"Why did our margins fall last quarter?"*
