Develop lighting layouts and technical drawings with AutoCAD and Dialux, perform quantity take-offs and cost estimates, support project planning and execution, provide technical recommendations, assist with lighting calculations and specifications, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

Provides executive, administrative, and HR support to the Managing Director and wider team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence, follow-ups, office administration, recruitment and onboarding support, employee records, attendance and leave management, internal communication, and confidential recordkeeping.

Drive growth by identifying and qualifying new B2B opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, developing proposals and pitch decks, closing deals, and handing off contracts to delivery teams.
