Lead end-to-end HR strategy and operations for a fast-growing financial services firm. Drive workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, L&D, employee engagement, HR systems and analytics, compliance with Nigeria and UK/EU employment law, and partner with leadership to scale the organisation.

Drive revenue by identifying and qualifying new B2B opportunities, managing pipeline, preparing proposals and pitches, building client relationships, collaborating cross-functionally to structure deals, and supporting handover and reporting to enable growth in an early-stage company.

Develop lighting layouts and technical drawings with AutoCAD and Dialux, perform quantity take-offs and cost estimates, support project planning and execution, provide technical recommendations, assist with lighting calculations and specifications, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

Lead and coach an inside sales team to drive B2B revenue: manage lead flow and CRM hygiene, identify funnel bottlenecks, optimize processes, report key metrics, collaborate with marketing and operations, and use data to improve conversion and performance.

Lead and execute end-to-end design across product, brand, and storytelling. Establish and enforce brand standards and scalable design systems, improve product usability and consistency, create motion and product explainers, and collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and growth to drive clarity, trust, and growth.

Prepare quantity take-offs and project estimates, maintain accurate project records and databases, perform data entry, generate reports, review project information for accuracy, and support engineering team with administrative and operational tasks.

Lead end-to-end customer experience and operations: design customer journeys, set CX standards and SLAs, resolve escalations, implement SOPs and performance frameworks, and manage cross-functional teams to drive retention and service excellence.

Support HR outsourcing delivery for clients: act as primary client contact, assess HR needs, manage onboarding, performance, employee relations, compensation and benefits, ensure legal compliance, provide HR advisory, assist recruitment and share HR best-practice insights.

Qualify inbound inquiries and outbound leads, convert interest into sales opportunities, handle objections, learn product value, cold-call and email prospects, build relationships, and follow through to close deals.

Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping by processing invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses; maintain accurate financial records; assist with reconciliations, reporting, audits, and finance administrative tasks to ensure timely, accurate financial information.
