We are currently recruiting on behalf of our partner, a leading lighting solutions company. They are seeking an Accounts Assistant to support their finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day accounting operations.
Role Overview
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for supporting accounting and bookkeeping activities, maintaining financial records, and assisting with reconciliations and reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining accuracy in financial processes.
Location: Onikan, Lagos
Work Mode: Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: 200,000 - 300,000
What You'll Do
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense records.
Assist with account reconciliations and financial reporting activities.
Support bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting operations.
Ensure financial information is properly recorded and updated.
Assist with audits and other finance-related administrative tasks.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
