Role Overview

Are you hungry, competitive, and ready to kickstart a career in sales? We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, build relationships from scratch, and hunt for new business. You’ll receive training, a clear career path, and the tools you need to become a top-tier closer.

Location: Arepo (After Opic- Berger)

Work mode: Hybrid

What You'll Do

  • Turn "interest" into "intent." You’ll qualify inbound inquiries and outbound leads to ensure they are a perfect fit for our solutions

  • Learn our product inside and out so you can confidently handle objections and explain our value proposition.

  • What You Have/Are

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales (preferably in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors)

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • A natural talker but an even better listener. You can write a professional, persuasive email that actually gets a response

  • You don't get discouraged by a "no." You see every rejection as one step closer to a "yes."

  • Strong organizational and follow-through skill

  • Tertiary graduate in a commercial or engineering degree
