Role OverviewThe HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation. The role will also provide administrative and executive support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, meetings, correspondence, and follow-ups.
The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, discreet, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working closely with senior management.

Salary: ₦230,000
Reports to: Managing Director

Support day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, documentation, attendance, leave tracking, and HR-related reporting.
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, documentation, and new-hire onboarding.
Provide executive support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and follow-ups.
Coordinate internal tasks and communication, following up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee and company records while providing general administrative support as required.
2–3 years of experience in HR, HR Administration, Executive Assistance, or a related role, with hands-on experience supporting HR functions.
Strong understanding of HR administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and leave management.
Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Mature, proactive, discreet, and professional, with the confidence to work closely with senior management and handle sensitive information.
Gain hands-on experience across HR, administration, and executive support.
Work closely with senior leadership and gain broad exposure to business operations and people management.
Take ownership of key HR processes within a growing organization.

Skills Required
