Maintains accurate financial records, ensures accounting and tax compliance, prepares budgets and financial statements, monitors expenditure and profitability, manages payments and bookkeeping, and evaluates internal systems, procedures, and risks. The role reports to the CEO and is onsite in Ikeja, transitioning to hybrid after two months.

Provide fractional People Operations support including HR administration, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, leave and payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance with Nigerian labour law, and HR data/reporting while improving processes and responding to employee queries.
