Qualify inbound inquiries and outbound leads, convert interest into sales opportunities, handle objections, learn product value, cold-call and email prospects, build relationships, and follow through to close deals.

Provides executive, administrative, and HR support to the Managing Director and wider team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence, follow-ups, office administration, recruitment and onboarding support, employee records, attendance and leave management, internal communication, and confidential recordkeeping.

Drive growth by identifying and qualifying new B2B opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, developing proposals and pitch decks, closing deals, and handing off contracts to delivery teams. Build and maintain client relationships, research market trends, collaborate cross-functionally, and report on sales performance in a fast-moving startup environment.
