The Finance Director will lead the finance team, overseeing financial planning, analysis, and management practices to support the company's growth and performance optimization.

Serve as the primary finance business partner to Sales, owning sales planning, forecasting, customer performance, gross-to-net reporting, and trade spend management. Lead financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting. Partner with GTM and Operations to analyze revenue, pipeline, unit economics, and variances. Drive monthly/quarterly close, improve financial processes and reporting, and support M&A and fundraising diligence and investor materials.

Build dynamic driver-based forecasts and financial models, perform deep-dive variance analyses, identify cost-containment opportunities, track vendor and cloud spend, ensure correct accounting classifications, drive automation and process simplification, and communicate complex cloud cost structures to non-financial stakeholders.

Lead financial analysis, planning, and reporting for assigned segments. Manage monthly close, P&L review, accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, and forecasts. Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, IT, and Sales, present results to leadership, lead projects, mentor junior staff, and perform audits to ensure controls.

The School Finance Manager acts as outsourced CFOs for schools, advising on financial strategy, budgeting, and operational policies while fostering relationships with school leaders and refining finance products.
