The Product Engineer will optimize BigQuery features for enterprise customers, prototype and pilot new products, enhance customer adoption, and resolve data issues in a collaborative, AI-first environment.

First hire for a new Platform team reporting to the CTO. Design and implement Infrastructure as Code, build observability (monitoring, logging, tracing), stabilize and evolve production environments across Azure/private cloud/on-prem, support multi-environment deployments, improve platform reliability, participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and post-mortem analysis.

Partner with researchers and operators to automate manual cyber workflows and ship end-to-end production code.

Design, build, and evolve a scalable aggregate system to accelerate query performance across cloud data platforms; architect prediction/selection logic for aggregates; optimize maintenance, scheduling, and reliability at scale while collaborating with query planning and platform teams.

Provide logistics support including order entry, routing and dispatching, traffic coordination, monitoring pickups/deliveries, communicating with account managers/customers/drivers, investigating shipment issues, and scheduling delivery appointments.

As a Full-stack Growth Engineer, you will own the self-serve user experience, implement product-led growth strategies, and lead experimentation initiatives to enhance user engagement and conversions.
