As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will optimize workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, improve data integrity, and enhance tools like HubSpot to drive revenue growth.

Own day-to-day RevOps across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Rebuild and govern HubSpot and GTM data models, automate pipelines and workflows, build trusted dashboards, partner with GTM leaders, evaluate and manage GTM stack and AI tooling, and drive data-driven decision making to improve pipeline, retention, and expansion.

Lead design, administration, and scaling of GTM systems and automations to improve lead routing, lifecycle management, data quality, and pipeline hygiene. Build integrations, analytics, and forecasting dashboards, partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to optimize conversion and operational processes, and evaluate new GTM technologies to support high-growth B2B SaaS.

Lead Sales Operations for Expansion product lines, build AI-driven automated workflows and lead-scoring models, design scalable GTM processes, run funnel analytics, manage a small team, and present findings to execs.

Embed with the North America sales team to run forecast and pipeline hygiene cadences, resolve deal and process issues, build field-facing Salesforce dashboards, drive forecasting discipline, document playbooks and workflows, and partner cross-functionally to operationalize RevOps initiatives.

Lead AI-enabled revenue forecasting, maintain executive dashboards, ensure CRM data governance (Salesforce), and integrate revenue, compliance, and learner data. Partner cross-functionally to translate analysis into actionable insights, optimize renewals and pricing, and reduce operational toil for Development and Partnerships.
