The fractional Head of Finance will lead the finance function, automate financial data processes, build reporting infrastructure, and prepare for Series A fundraising.

Lead and build the company's FP&A and analytics functions: budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, unit-economics, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting. Advise CEO/COO and board on capital allocation and growth scenarios, improve margin and cash efficiency, and hire/manage a high-performing finance and analytics team.

Partner with R&D product leaders to prioritize investments, build ROI-driven financial frameworks, lead forecasting and scenario planning, develop flexible financial models for portfolio optimization and M&A analysis, synthesize insights for executives, and manage a team of 3–4 financial analysts supporting Engagement and Channel products.

Lead long-range planning, build and maintain unit-economics and forecasting models, deliver executive-ready analyses for leadership and board, support fundraising and strategic initiatives, partner cross-functionally on pricing, KPIs, and tools, and establish systems and reporting for Strategic Finance.

Perform financial and operational analysis, build models and dashboards, translate data into strategic recommendations, support fundraising and M&A workstreams, prepare CEO/BOD-ready materials, execute unit economics, pricing, and ROI projects, and improve firm tools and client delivery.

Lead and manage client engagements delivering financial operating models, strategic analyses, and recommendations to C-suite. Oversee M&A and fundraising work, ensure project delivery, support business development and proposals, and mentor team members to maintain high standards.

Lead strategic finance engagements including financial and operating modeling, unit economics, cash management, and transaction support (M&A, equity/debt fundraising). Advise C-suite, implement process automation, oversee external providers, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve profitability, cash flow, and capital structure.
