The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for driving sales through the acquisition of new enterprise customers, understanding their challenges, and closing deals by leveraging GTT's solutions and services.

Responsible for driving expansion and retention in enterprise client accounts, developing strategies for growth, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets.

Own and grow assigned national strategic accounts through multi-year account plans, executive relationship building, cross-functional coordination, consultative selling, pipeline and forecast discipline, QBRs, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes. Heavy travel and national coverage required.

The Enterprise Account Manager will develop a portfolio of enterprise customers, focus on customer relationships, manage subscriptions and contracts, and generate additional business revenue for the company.

Drive revenue growth by owning strategic accounts, developing market and go-to-market strategies, managing partner integrations, and nurturing customer relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers by driving renewals, adoption, and expansion. Build trusted stakeholder relationships, execute account plans, lead commercial negotiations, monitor account health and usage, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.

The Enterprise Account Manager will define target account plans, refine product positioning, and manage the sales pipeline from creation to close.

Lead and grow an account management team responsible for renewals, upsells, and expansion. Own operational metrics, forecasting, account plans, and stakeholder relationships while collaborating cross-functionally to drive net dollar retention and revenue growth.

Manage and grow enterprise life-insurance distribution accounts post-sale. Drive sales planning, adoption, and growth; monitor account performance with data; lead onboarding, integrations, enablement and co-marketing; cultivate agent relationships; represent partner needs to product and internal teams. Travel ~5 days/month.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will guide customers in integrating mathematical optimization technology into software solutions, ensuring efficient utilization and driving business value, while collaborating across teams and conducting workshops and technical discussions.
