The Manufacturing Analytics Engineer will manage the analytics pipeline, transforming operational data from OT systems into actionable insights for decision-making, while collaborating with Engineering, IT, and Operations.

Support and maintain clients' Azure data platforms and Power BI environments. Design and deploy data pipelines, models, and analytics solutions using Microsoft stack (ADF, Synapse, Databricks, SSIS/SSAS/SSRS). Troubleshoot incidents, communicate with clients, manage licensing, document environments, and promote best practices while collaborating with stakeholders and continuous skill development.

Lead intake, grooming, and translation of reporting and analytics requests into actionable requirements. Drive stakeholder sessions, define data logic and metrics, prioritize requests, enable scalable reporting solutions, support delivery and UAT, mentor junior analysts, and improve intake processes to reduce one-off requests and promote reusable, self-service reporting.

Lead architecture and implementation of a large-scale analytics stack: design foundational pipelines, establish modeling/orchestration standards, integrate AI-assisted engineering tools, translate business questions into version-controlled data models, partner with stakeholders to define metrics and data contracts, migrate logic into maintainable pipelines, and optimize cloud warehouse performance for scale.

Lead BI reporting and advanced analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and ROI. Build dashboards, manage multi-source data, ensure data governance, provide actionable insights, mentor juniors, and partner with cross-functional teams to guide strategy.

Lead the RevOps analytics function: manage an analytics team, own revenue reporting and forecasting, build measurement frameworks, enforce data governance, partner with BI/engineering, analyze funnel and retention metrics, and embed AI/automation to improve revenue predictability and GTM performance.

Design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud-native data platforms (lakehouse/data mesh) supporting batch, streaming, ML, GIS and operational workloads. Lead ingestion/transformation pipelines, distributed processing (Spark/Kafka), data governance, observability, and mentor teams while ensuring compliance in regulated environments.

Design, build, and optimize Snowflake-based data warehouses and dbt transformation pipelines. Develop scalable ETL/ELT ingestion, tune SQL and warehouse performance, implement data quality/testing (dbt tests), and maintain CI/CD and version-controlled data workflows while collaborating with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders.
