Design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale data pipelines on Databricks and Azure. Implement batch, streaming, CDC, and incremental ETL/ELT solutions, Delta Lake optimizations, data quality, CI/CD, and secure, production-ready data products for analytics and AI/ML initiatives.

Lead BI architecture and solution design; build and optimize Power BI and Tableau semantic models; write and tune DAX, Power Query, and SQL; architect dimensional data models; define governance, CI/CD, and deployment standards; partner with data engineering; drive self-service BI and mentor BI developers.

Perform end-to-end data analysis and transformation for large-scale P&C insurance datasets. Develop source-to-target mappings, validate and profile data, optimize complex SQL queries, and collaborate with business SMEs and technical teams to ensure data quality, standardization, and accurate technical documentation.

Serve as client-facing lead for environmental data management and sustainability strategy. Analyze energy, water, GHG, and waste performance; provide reporting and regulatory guidance; manage vendors and ESG platforms; support green building certifications (LEED, ENERGY STAR); produce high-quality reports, presentations, and deliverables; and coordinate multiple projects with strong communication and project management.

Maintain and monitor Snowflake data warehouse and ingestion pipelines. Troubleshoot file/load/data quality issues, operate SFTP/drop-zone/file automation, support scheduled loads, build dbt models and tables, document runbooks, and serve as backup for core warehouse operations while collaborating with engineering and IT.

Lead research and listening for a specific audience: design and run primary research, integrate listening signals, synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights, and deliver timely, decision-oriented recommendations while coaching analysts and partnering with enterprise stakeholders.
