The Sr State Product Analyst provides analytical support for strategic goals, analyzes performance data, and implements processes for financial planning and market development.

Implement, audit, and optimize Google Analytics and GTM tracking; ensure data integrity and ingestion into the data warehouse; run analyses, A/B tests, and funnel/segmentation work; document implementations and collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to provide actionable insights.

Analyze portfolio-level organic search performance to identify trends and opportunities, build dashboards and benchmarks, define KPIs, evaluate strategy and product impacts, partner with Product/Data/Engineering, and translate insights into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead enterprise data strategy and governance: define strategy, design governance frameworks, partner on scalable cloud and MDM platforms, establish executive governance, and drive change to embed trusted, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Lead revenue analytics for GTM: own annual operating plan and weekly forecast, build propensity/churn/expansion models, architect the revenue data warehouse and identity resolution, define TAM/ICP, leverage AI to automate insights, and partner cross-functionally to maintain single-source-of-truth revenue metrics.

Own and scale Provable's data platform on GCP: build and optimize ingestion pipelines from blockchain indexers, design privacy-aware data models, manage Postgres and BigQuery, develop high-performance data-serving APIs, ensure data quality and observability, and use IaC (Terraform, Helm) and Kubernetes to deploy and cost-optimize environments.

Lead data quality efforts by querying databases, reviewing data and dashboards, investigating data inconsistencies, and partnering with engineering, analytics, finance, and compliance to improve data integrity and regulatory adherence.

Lead end-to-end data conversion projects: analyze, map, transform, and validate large datasets; build and run ETL/ELT processes; resolve data quality issues; coordinate cutovers and go-lives; act as primary technical customer contact; mentor junior staff; and leverage generative AI tools to streamline migrations and improve delivery.

Lead oversight of data management for assigned studies, manage external vendors, review and approve DM documentation, perform secondary UAT of EDC, implement RBQM oversight, and provide cross-functional input on protocols and study deliverables to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
