Lead ALIP Staging and insurance data delivery for life and annuity clients. Advise on data structures, mappings, transformations, reporting, integrations, migrations, and downstream consumption. Facilitate workshops and architecture discussions, translate requirements into data solutions, support implementations through stabilization, resolve data gaps, and develop reusable mapping patterns, documentation, and accelerators. Requires extensive life insurance, annuity, data analysis, integration, warehousing, SQL, and client delivery experience.

Own the enterprise data architecture vision and roadmap for ALIP life insurance and annuity solutions. Define governance standards, data models, mapping frameworks, and reference architectures; guide client implementations and integrations with warehouses, lakes, reporting, regulatory, finance, and analytics platforms. Lead modernization toward event-driven, CDC-based, streaming, and real-time data consumption while partnering with product, engineering, delivery, and client stakeholders.

Develops and maintains quality assurance methodologies for GIS and EAM data. Analyzes data accuracy and completeness, creates quality metrics and reports, identifies process improvements, and supports compliance with governmental requirements. The role requires geospatial analytics, large dataset analysis, technical process documentation, statistical knowledge, and proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, Maximo, Power BI, SQL, Python, and FME.

Conduct people analytics and psychometric research to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Design and validate surveys and assessments, perform statistical analyses and experiments, evaluate talent initiatives, and translate behavioral and workforce data into actionable insights for HR leaders and executives. Manage multiple projects while applying I/O psychology, quantitative methods, and data storytelling.

Leads development of Navanta’s secure data backbone, including lakehouse architecture, bank-system ingestion, CDC pipelines, semantic modeling, data quality, reconciliation, observability, governance, and lineage. Partners with AI/ML, security, and platform teams to deliver reliable, queryable data products for financial institutions. Owns data contracts, access controls, regulatory data handling, pipeline SLAs, bank onboarding, and on-call reliability operations.
