Own and deliver full-stack features for web and mobile: design, build, test, and maintain back-end and front-end code. Provide on-site and remote desktop, OS, hardware, AV and peripheral support for the School of Engineering. Triage help tickets, troubleshoot devices and software, escalate as needed, support projects and cover colleagues, and deliver strong customer service in an academic environment.

Build scalable React/TypeScript frontends to visualize and interact with large-scale, real-time telemetry. Define data models and workflows, optimize rendering and performance, collaborate with product, design, and backend teams, and turn ambiguous requirements into intuitive, mission-critical interfaces for technical users.
