Key Responsibilities
Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general personnel management
Assist with implementation of performance evaluation frameworks such as MBO (Management by Objectives)
Support ERP-related tasks for personnel administration and data entry
Coordinate with U.S. and Korea-based teams to ensure compliance with labor policies and internal HR procedures
Help foster a productive and collaborative workplace culture
Qualifications
5–10 years of professional HR experience
Some hands-on recruitment experience (e.g., sourcing, job posting, screening) required
Familiarity with HR systems and performance management tools preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
