Oversee daily site operations to ensure timely, accurate meal delivery and food safety. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate volunteers and site staff. Maintain volunteer databases, census, and daily/monthly reports. Support route preparation, community relations, and participate in events and mission-related tasks as needed.

Manage and oversee a commercial loan portfolio (up to $200M), including underwriting, financial analysis, covenant monitoring, exception handling, credit quality oversight, client relationship management, and regulatory/BSA/AML compliance.

Lead and deliver SEO campaigns that meet KPIs. Define campaign plans and measurement targets, track and optimise performance, drive automation and process improvements, act as client point of contact, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to SEO best-practice and technology adoption across the practice.
