The Account Manager II manages an assigned group of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This role involves client and carrier negotiations, contract reviews, and mentoring junior staff.

Lead and manage a regional sales team to sell health information technology solutions to health systems and hospitals in the U.S. Southeast. Develop and execute regional sales strategies, manage forecasts and quotas, build C‑level relationships, negotiate and close large contracts, drive retention and expansion, implement best practices, and coach team members to deliver consistent, high‑value performance and revenue growth.

Design AV signal flows and diagrams, develop Q-SYS design files (Level 2, some LUA), troubleshoot and commission AV systems, perform preventive maintenance and daily health checks, collaborate with clients and teams, and ensure compliance with Enterprise AV standards. Requires 3+ years AV engineering experience and strong AV networking knowledge.

Build and maintain customer relationships, manage shipment communications using Navisphere, analyze inquiries and reports, identify operational improvements, and collaborate with account management, operations, and capacity teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Lead design, operation, and cost-managed administration of Azure cloud infrastructure and corporate IT. Manage endpoints, identity, MSP/vendor SLAs, AI tooling/token budgets, Zero Trust security, compliance (SOC 2/StateRAMP/FedRAMP/ISO27001), data and AI governance, IaC automation, backup/DR, and reporting to leadership.

Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals; troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, VPN, network and application issues; manage incidents in ITSM; administer Active Directory/Azure AD and Microsoft 365; deploy and manage endpoints with Intune, SCCM/Autopilot; support MFA and security initiatives; document resolutions and meet SLA/CSAT targets.

Design, implement, monitor, and manage DLP and Microsoft Purview solutions and DSPM capabilities. Develop and enforce data protection policies, monitor endpoints/cloud/on-premises, manage SIEM/EDR/XDR and other security tooling, support incident response, and collaborate with SOC, architects, and IT teams to strengthen data governance and compliance.

Conduct client-approved internal and covert investigations into theft, violence, and property loss across Memphis distribution centers. Review surveillance and access reports, interview employees, prepare investigation reports, coordinate with client security management and local authorities, and communicate investigation trends and status.

Wear a lightweight head-mounted camera and complete simple everyday or work-related tasks while recording. Record at least four hours per scheduled day, follow equipment, safety, and privacy instructions, connect the camera to an Android or iOS smartphone as needed, and repeat takes if quality standards arent met.

Manage branch operations to deliver safe, efficient rental services. Support the Branch Manager on financial, operational, and sales goals; supervise and coach staff; handle HR administration, customer interactions, vendor relationships, and compliance with policies and safety procedures. Drive continuous improvement and report areas of concern or opportunity.
