Lead and grow a data engineering team to design, build, and operate scalable, cost-efficient data lakehouse pipelines and infrastructure. Define technical strategy, enforce engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, monitoring), own roadmap and capacity planning, collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders, manage on-call and operational automation, and hire talent. Ensure data governance, lineage, and compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and Microsoft Fabric lakehouses; create Bronze/Gold Delta tables and Power BI semantic models with DAX and row-level security; develop SQL views and incremental load patterns; monitor pipeline health, support data governance, and train reporting staff on the new Fabric environment.

Provide advanced technical support and subject-matter expertise for Relativity platforms (RelativityOne/Server), design and maintain complex workspaces and permissions, configure analytics/processing/imaging, develop event handlers and advanced search logic, deliver client-facing training/demos, mentor junior analysts, review deliverables, and maintain eDiscovery SOPs and best practices.

Lead supply-and-demand forecasting for the psychiatry service line: build and maintain S&D models, integrate models into core data infrastructure, define operational metrics (capacity, clinician utilization, hiring targets), run forecast vs. actual audits, and partner cross-functionally to guide hiring, resource allocation, and operational improvements.

Manage and administer SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL platforms. Handle backups, archiving, security, performance tuning, ETL/SSIS and cloud data pipelines, and support reporting, DevOps, and application teams. Monitor jobs, troubleshoot issues, implement best practices, and drive automation and optimization across dev/staging/production environments.

Provide systems support and reporting for property management platforms: maintain Quickbase, Tableau, Power BI and Microsoft CRM/Power Platform components, build dashboards and custom reports, assist with migrations, month-end and gross potential rent reporting, manage ShareFile and user administration, and act as first-line support for tickets and system issues.

Administer and maintain CRM and data systems (EveryAction, Salesforce, BigQuery, CARTO), respond to staff and affiliate data/tech requests, ensure data quality and de-duplication, create and deliver training materials, build network capacity, manage vendor/consultant relationships, and travel occasionally for in-person trainings and support.
