Support plant HR operations including daily time and attendance reporting, timesheet reconciliation, Workday/HRIS assistance, interview coordination, onboarding/offboarding tasks, badge and fingerprint management, benefits enrollment support, candidate coordination, and HR administrative duties in English and Spanish.

Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions on Dataverse, including Power Automate, Power Fx, C# plugins, JavaScript, Dual Write, and Power Apps. Troubleshoot Dataverse/Dynamics CE issues, manage small projects and offshore development, build integrations and data migrations, maintain client relationships, and follow standards and project timelines.

Own the end-to-end digital quote-to-bind product for A-MAX's eCommerce platform. Define roadmap and OKRs, prioritize backlog, run sprints, write PRDs, coordinate QA/UAT and launches, optimize UX via research and A/B tests, integrate AI tools and analytics, manage CMS/content strategy, and report KPIs to leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide Level 1 TAC support resolving end-user issues via ticketing system: workstation and basic OS support, application and email troubleshooting, AD user management, basic VPN, TCP/IP and Azure assistance, scripted application support, and documentation following SOP/ITIL processes.

Coordinate post-offer and pre-employment processes, schedule screenings, manage high-volume candidate tracking in an ATS, communicate with hiring managers and stakeholders, post jobs, process new hires in Workday, support recruiting projects and provide candidate support throughout hiring and onboarding.

Provide confidential administrative support including driver check-in, inventory reconciliation, counting money and making deposits, basic accounting and report assistance, handling incoming calls, and other related duties to ensure smooth department operations.
