As EMEA Sales Director, you will drive revenue growth for Druid's Raemis platform by maintaining relationships with System Integrators and managing key performance metrics.

Manage ISMS, certification body relationships, SOC 2 readiness, GDPR operational controls (DPIAs, RoPA, data subject rights, cross-border transfers), live obligation tracking for DORA/NIS2/HIPAA/CCPA, incident and breach response governance, client compliance audits, and GRC automation platform administration.

Manage and deliver learning programs for clinical and functional teams across translational sciences, clinical operations, project management, data management, and regulatory/GCP. Partner with SMEs to assess needs, design instructor-led and e‑learning content, coordinate new-hire onboarding, triage training requests, maintain learning platforms and records, and support role-based curricula and regulatory-compliant training documentation and reporting.

The AI Infrastructure Engineer will build and manage scalable model serving infrastructure for AI/ML applications, ensuring high efficiency and reliability in production.

Manage and grow key customer accounts in Hungary by identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, supporting account managers, negotiating vendor status, conducting market analysis, delivering sales forecasts and performance reports, and representing the company on client visits.
