Leads Quadient’s European mid-market digital sales organization, owning recurring revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account expansion. Manages and develops quota-carrying Account Executives across multiple countries, sets regional sales strategy, oversees forecasting and pipeline execution, coaches strategic deals, and partners with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. Also drives hiring, territory planning, onboarding, enablement, sales methodology adoption, and performance improvement using CRM and sales analytics.

Provides first-level support for corporate telephony and mobile devices across a workplace campus. Responsibilities include configuring phone extensions and voicemail, activating and troubleshooting mobile devices, resolving common connectivity and call-quality issues, logging and escalating service requests, coordinating telecom vendors, maintaining asset and account records, and following security protocols.

Design and build a high-performance distributed cloud platform to run millions/billions of AI agent sandboxes: orchestrate placement, enable live migrations, optimize VM startup under 200ms, improve self-hosting, and implement kernel-level observability and large-scale performance and networking solutions.

Design, build, maintain, and run automated integration and contract tests using the Pact framework. Integrate AI tools into testing workflows, analyze results, improve automation frameworks, test REST APIs and SQL, work in a POD environment, and mentor other testers.

Lead and grow ShipMonk's Product Development engineering teams in the Czech Republic. Own delivery, quality, hiring, budgeting, OKRs, and roadmap translation into merchant-impacting outcomes. Build and develop managers, enforce engineering standards, drive monolith decomposition and AI-assisted development, and own incident response and production reliability. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Finance.

Lead HSE for landside operations across Czech Republic and Croatia, advising site leaders, driving compliance with global standards and local law, conducting risk assessments and incident investigations, coaching leadership, coordinating training and emergency response, supporting HSE improvements during projects, and performing site visits and inspections to embed a strong safety culture.
