Support manufacture of RF shop-replaceable and line-replaceable units by developing and maintaining process specifications, work instructions, tooling/fixtures, and production support. Travel ~25–30% for site support.

Support high-volume 300mm wafer CMP manufacturing by implementing process and equipment improvements, driving efficiency/yield gains, performing dispositions, supporting ramp and experiments, and analyzing data for problem resolution.

Design and scale manufacturing processes from prototype to high-volume production for EV, energy storage, and aerospace products. Lead first-article builds and validation, run experiments and root-cause analysis, qualify processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and transfer processes into sustained production while improving yield, throughput, and manufacturability.

As a Process Engineer, you will prepare estimates for RFQs, develop new manufacturing processes, conduct quality planning, and provide technical support for various projects.

Support design, installation, operation, and optimization of graphite and fuel manufacturing processes. Translate lab processes to production, develop equipment specs, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, monitor production, troubleshoot variances, and support waste permitting and chemical/material handling.
