Support and engineer customer networks for government clients: troubleshoot escalated incidents, configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure, analyze recurring issues, implement changes and optimizations, investigate performance/routing/VLAN/subnet problems, monitor network metrics, mentor Tier 1 staff, maintain documentation, and collaborate on projects and migrations.

Design, implement, support, and improve enterprise wired and wireless LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi network infrastructure across Cisco, Extreme, and HP environments. Lead network architecture, troubleshooting, security policy development, RF/site surveys, network monitoring, vendor management, documentation, and compliance with HIPAA and Massachusetts privacy requirements for campus and multi-location deployments.

The Network Engineer role includes supporting configuration, maintenance, monitoring of networks, and working with U.S. Government teams to troubleshoot and implement network solutions. Up to 25% OCONUS travel is required.

The Senior Network Engineer will lead network design and manage networks, collaborating with government engineers, troubleshooting, designing solutions, and ensuring the security of military C4I systems.
