Develop and maintain long-term relationships with building owners to sell turnkey HVAC solutions. Manage project lifecycle, coordinate internal teams, build a 12-month sales pipeline (50/50 new vs existing), prepare proposals/quotes, negotiate contracts and change orders, maintain records in Salesforce and project systems, ensure customer satisfaction, compliance, safety, and travel to customer job sites.
