Serve as the subject-matter expert for Tools & Industrial products, supporting and training internal sales teams, assisting on complex sales calls, developing market share, generating leads via CRM tools, and providing consultative selling and project support for new and existing product lines.

Manage and supervise multiple Staff Counsel offices in the Western region, overseeing litigation defense for liability, property damage, UM/UIM, and subrogation matters. Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline attorneys and staff; handle complex litigation, draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and discovery; provide liability and valuation opinions to Claims; monitor CLE compliance; improve office performance metrics and manage case expense and quality.

Manage the Micron account in the US to drive growth, NPI penetration, and customer satisfaction. Develop account strategy, coordinate cross-functional execution, handle commercial negotiations, forecasting, daily sales operations (quotes, billing, escalation), and support the global account team. Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely internal/external responses.

Lead HVAC mechanical engineering from concept through construction for large or multiple projects. Produce code- and LEED-compliant designs, calculations, equipment layouts, duct and piping systems. Coordinate with project teams, oversee design staff, support field engineers, and ensure quality of design drawings and models.

Lead and grow MRO sales for maintenance, avionics, and interiors. Manage and develop a sales team, own pipeline and forecasting, build customer relationships, collaborate with operations for seamless delivery, and drive CRM discipline, quoting accuracy, and strategic business development.
