Develop supplier management strategies, track KPIs, drive continuous improvement, support Scope 3 decarbonization, and strengthen supplier capabilities. Partner with sourcing, procurement, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to improve resilience, innovation, compliance, sustainability, and cost savings. The role requires international experience, analytical ability, strong stakeholder influence, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Manages chain-of-custody compliance, certification requirements, and internal and external audits for renewable fuels and biomaterials. Designs related training, advises commercial and supply chain teams, monitors sustainability regulations, and improves audit and certification practices. The role also supports regulatory market access, business-process design, sustainability data analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders across key European markets.

Design and architect scalable data and digital solutions using Snowflake, dbt and Azure. Collaborate with business stakeholders from ideation to delivery, support implementation teams, ensure alignment with architectural guidance, security and best practices, and drive value through analytics and platform capabilities.

Enable B2B content teams to make content AI-ready and discoverable by search and generative AI. Define research frameworks, content journey design, channel strategies, and schema requirements. Act as power user of BrightEdge and Claude, support CMS pillar page scoping, guide website renewals, run cross-functional workshops, and provide AI-search visibility and performance reporting to business area stakeholders.

Support daily procurement and supply chain operations including purchase order and supplier processes, invoice verification, master data maintenance, data collection/cleaning, and analytics development (Excel, VBA, Power BI). Contribute to process improvements, digitalization initiatives, and collaborate with procurement, planning, sourcing, and finance teams.

Manage sales activities and campaigns for assigned geography; build customer and trader relationships; monitor sales performance and risks; collaborate with internal teams to meet commitments; provide market intelligence and generate new business leads to grow UPM Adhesive Materials sales.

Lead development of enterprise risk management and global insurance programs. Analyze material risks and financial impacts, build scenarios and dashboards, manage underwriting data and claims, and provide clear recommendations to senior management to support risk-informed decisions.

Lead development and maintenance of business continuity and resilience frameworks, run Business Impact Analyses, design continuity and recovery arrangements across IT/OT/supply chains, facilitate crisis exercises, drive loss prevention, capture lessons learned, report resilience KPIs, and support regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, CER). Work cross-functionally with senior and technical stakeholders to improve operational readiness and recovery.

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for multiple EMEA countries (notably Belgium, France, UK), coordinate external vendors, perform reconciliations and audits, ensure legal and tax compliance, support finance and HR processes, handle complex payroll inquiries, and drive process improvements and standardization across multi-country payroll operations.

Lead the data product vision and roadmap for S&OP, translate business needs into data product requirements, ensure alignment with enterprise data models and metadata standards, drive data quality and lifecycle management, collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, architects and governance to deliver reusable, governed data assets for operations, analytics and AI use cases.

Manage quotes and end-to-end order processing to ensure accurate recording, confirmation, production, delivery and billing. Troubleshoot order issues, maintain materials and packaging master data, support process improvements and projects, and communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to enable efficient order management.

Provide HR support across recruitment, learning, rewards, and employee lifecycle administration for Finnish-speaking employees. Tasks include posting jobs, scheduling interviews, training coordination, Workday data management, reporting, benefits administration, and stakeholder communication. Support projects and ensure high-quality employee and candidate experience.

Lead the Business Partner Master Data team to deliver service excellence, stakeholder engagement, governance, and continuous improvement for Vendor/Business Partner master data across UPM. Manage people, frameworks, processes, communication channels, and MDM tooling to ensure data standards, service capacity, and operational performance.

Lead Master Data Management and digitalization efforts globally: own MDM solution landscape, drive automation and process improvements, translate business needs to technical solutions, develop digital capabilities and analytics, participate in governance, and manage a team of Solution Owners and Analytics professionals to deliver end-to-end MDM services.

Manage end-to-end procurement for raw materials and chemicals, monitor pipelines, onboard suppliers, ensure contract compliance, resolve supplier/invoice claims, support invoice processing, optimize buying channels, prepare reports, deliver training, and participate in cross-functional procurement initiatives.

Monitor and improve product quality and process capability using Minitab; update quality specs and control plans; collaborate with production, R&D, sales, and suppliers; track trends and drive corrective actions.
