Manage and grow an assigned B2B customer portfolio by building relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, executing account plans, maintaining CRM records, collaborating with internal teams for customer support, monitoring profitability and receivables, and representing the company at events as needed.

Tasks include posting jobs, scheduling interviews, training coordination, Workday data management, reporting, benefits administration, and stakeholder communication. Support projects and ensure high-quality employee and candidate experience.

Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and execution for UPM Graphics: S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory strategy, capacity modelling, logistics management, cross-brand consolidation, and continuous improvement across global sites to balance service, cost, and working capital.

Support production planning and supply chain activities by converting forecasts and orders into manufacturing and procurement plans, monitoring production schedules, optimizing inventory levels, managing purchase orders and suppliers, analyzing capacity and bottlenecks, and contributing to continuous improvement and performance reporting.

Lead development and maintenance of WISA Group's governance and compliance framework. Oversee policies, internal controls, insider administration, AGM/EGM and board meeting preparations, compliance tooling, training, and advise business leaders on regulatory and Market Abuse Regulation matters.

Lead and manage shift operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency; plan and prioritize production orders; coordinate with customer service and stock control; allocate staffing and materials; support maintenance and incident response; coach and onboard production operators; act as off-hours site contact for emergencies and evacuations.

Lead external and financial/regulatory communications for UPM Plywood and the WISA Group demerger; manage media relations, crisis communications, editorial governance, disclosure and ESG messaging, KPI tracking, budget and agency coordination, and prepare senior spokespeople for interviews to strengthen corporate reputation.

Lead factory quality control and assurance activities, drive continuous improvement, manage lab measurement systems and testing SOPs, report KPIs, handle claims and escalations, support product development and raw material issues, ensure ISO9001 compliance and audit readiness, and collaborate with stakeholders to reduce quality risks and improve processes.

Lead and develop the planning team to optimize production planning, capacity and resource utilization. Hybrid role based in Poland with occasional travel.

Provide end-to-end Invoice to Pay services including invoice processing, accounts payable and GR/IR tasks, supplier and end-user query management, escalations handling, continuous improvement, stakeholder coordination, testing support for related projects, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.

Lead and develop the Global Specialty Papers Business Control team to provide financial leadership, forecasting, budgeting, KPI follow-up and performance improvement. Act as finance business partner to support strategy execution, assess growth opportunities, drive profitability, working capital and cash flow improvements, develop business control processes and digital/data-driven tools, and ensure compliance and internal controls across a global industrial business.

Join UPM's Corporate Strategy team to support group strategy creation through financial forecasts, scenario analysis, business-case modeling, and special strategic projects across business areas. Produce analyses and communication materials to enable group management decision-making and support strategic initiatives and project management tasks.
