We are looking for a RCP Supply Chain Specialist Admin to join our team in UPM Business Hub Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do
- Be responsible for the required daily routine checks within SAP/GlobalONE, UAT for Global system changes/enhancements
- Assure the correctness of contract and order handling in SAP (Sourcing and Sales) and M-Files
- Be responsible for Index price adjustments
- Ensure accurate postings are made for all automatic and manual transactions within the supply chain of RCP
- Ensure claim cases are promptly recorded in GlobalOne and take care of correct settlement and invoicing
- Produce and supply self-bills and sales invoices, take responsibility for balancing all stock locations regularly and offer solutions in case of stock inbalance
- Handle and verify invoices (Work Flow), archiving, support Sourcing Managers in ad-hoc cases
- Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various external and internal stakeholders and Financal Services related to Creditor/Debitor-Payments and
- Maintain TCO Data, handle reporting (VDP, Swiss import price to Federal Statistical Office; CITEO)
Who you are
- You have SAP knowledge
- You have fluent German and English skills; French will be an asset
- You have Professional education and min. 2 years of business experiences
- You are skilled in working with Excel (and other Microsoft programs)
- You demonstrate great communication skills, open-mindedness and proactiveness
- You provide a solution oriented and supplier focused mindset
- You have systematic approach to daily tasks to ensure and maintain accurate records
- You are willing and able to travel
