What you will do:
During your time in the graduate program, you will embark on an exciting program which offers you the opportunity to learn more about the different facets of digital development at Specialty Papers and UPM. Through three distinct program phases, one of which is abroad, you will also gain insights into other areas of UPM’s organization. Overall, our Graduate Program aims to strengthen your professional and personal competencies. In addition, you will have a chance to develop your business network.
Your tasks may include:

Learning about the Specialty Papers business processes and business solutions

End user support work in the areas of sales, customer service and supply chain

Contribute to global solution development projects, CRM or ERP.

Facilitate end users’ training and process development workshops

Support the project team in potential AI projects

Carry out citizen development projects
Who you are
-
You have a suitable degree in for example business, information technology or data science
-
Results-oriented and self-motivated
-
Enthusiastic about Digi, Data, AI and business process development

Good communication skills, ability to work both individually and within an international team

Good knowledge in either information technology, computer science or data science, or alternatively commercial, customer service or supply chain operations

You are interested in learning about ERP / CRM solutions, Microsoft Azure or Power platform

You communicate fluently in English and preferably also in Finnish
