We are now looking for an Order Management Specialist, Italian Speaker to join our team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

Hi! We welcome you to join the enthusiastic Order Management Team in Wrocław. In this role you will handle order management tasks with full responsibility of giving the promise internally and externally. You will be a part of diverse team of professionals driving UPM Communication Paper Supply Chain to be a professional and efficient organization. - Agnieszka Nowakowska, Manager, Order Management.

What you will do 

  • Provide high-quality and efficient quotes and order management to ensure smooth production, delivery & billing processes

  • Enable accurate and timely recording, processing and confirmation of orders

  • Supporting implementation of effective and efficient order management ways of working

  • Check orders for plausibility and completeness and assuring appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies and service offering

  • Carry out related processes such as Materials & Package Material master data

  • Ensure troubleshooting in order processes

  • Support internal projects and actively participate in the implementation of future ways of working

  • Support continuous improvement of work processes

  • Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders and customers to achieve efficient order management processes


Who you are 

  • You have a relevant university degree or at least 2 years business experience in customer service or order processing

  • You have a good knowledge of Order Management tools (e.g. SAP)

  • You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders

  • You are a team player and good networker

  • You provide a solution oriented and customer focused mindset

  • You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian; other European languages will also be considered an asset

The position holder will report to Manager, Order Management.
