What you’ll do
- Support the hiring manager and business HR in end-to-end recruitment process
- Co-operate with stakeholders at all levels of the business including HR business partners, managers, candidates, and recruitment agencies
- Post jobs in selected recruitment channels and support employer branding activities, schedule interviews and ensure active communication towards candidates all the way to hiring and onboarding of new joiner
- Ensure great employee and candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication
- Process and maintain data in various systems securing the highest quality
- Participate in additional HR projects and initiatives
Who you are
- You have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent in a relevant field of study
- You communicate fluently in German and English (both languages on at least C1 level)
- You ideally have previous HR experience or interest in developing in this area
- You are comfortable working with various software and systems, Excel skills are an advantage
- You are committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring stakeholders’ satisfaction
- You have solid communication skills and a positive attitude
- You demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
- You can systematically approach a high volume of diverse assignments and handle competing priorities
- You can work effectively and inclusively as part of a team
