Manage daily operations for Unlimit’s new Hong Kong office, including facilities, vendors, procurement, workplace services, equipment setup, client visits, and corporate events. Coordinate landlords, utilities, suppliers, IT, local authorities, catering, AV, and on-site logistics. Maintain a professional, client-ready environment and resolve operational or technical issues promptly while supporting employees, partners, clients, and senior leadership.

Own end-to-end commercial recruitment across the UK and Europe, including executive search, market mapping, passive candidate sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder advising, offer negotiation, and onboarding engagement. The role focuses on senior commercial leadership, sales, business development, and account management hiring. It also involves maintaining Lever data, reporting pipeline health, advising executives on talent markets, and sharing sourcing expertise with the talent acquisition team.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for merchants, business and individual accounts, and crypto clients. Coordinate KYC/KYB documentation, agreements, due diligence, risk assessments, technical account setup, and first-line approvals.
