What you will do:
- Business Process Implementation: Participate in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and map them into Salesforce.
- Architecture & Optimization: Contribute to the design of Salesforce architecture and continuously look for ways to optimize existing solutions.
- Feature Development: Implement new functionalities following best practices, ensuring quality and maintainability of the codebase.
- User Support: Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, identifying root causes to maintain system stability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (Product, QA, etc.) to ensure efficient delivery and alignment with business goals.
What we expect from candidate:
- Salesforce Certificates: Possessing relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I/II).
- 3+ Years’ Experience: Proven track record working on Salesforce implementations at scale.
- Fluent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with global teams.
- SFDX (2+ Years): Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX for development and deployment.
- LWC (2+ Years): In-depth knowledge and experience building custom Lightning Web Components.
- OOP & Databases: Clear understanding of the OOP paradigm and database concepts.
- Integrations: Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP web services, including configuration of API integrations.
- User-Centric Mindset: Keen understanding of user value and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Time Management & Proactivity: Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
