Supervise installations, review drawings and technical submittals, coordinate engineering and subcontractor teams, monitor progress, manpower, materials, quality, and schedule, resolve technical site issues, and support project handover while ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, HSE, and project specifications.

Manages regulatory compliance and certification activities across industrial, medical, and consumer products. Responsibilities include interpreting UAE, GCC, and international regulations; managing ISO, FDA, CE, and market-specific approvals; preparing technical files, declarations, submissions, and audit materials; tracking renewals; coordinating with notified bodies and regulatory authorities; supporting cross-functional teams; and improving compliance processes.

Maintains QA/QC document databases, records, RFI logs, transmittals, quality manuals, audit documentation, and ISO 9001 records. Distributes documents and RFIs, prepares quality status reports, supports inductions and audits, coordinates QA/QC meetings and schedules, controls inspection stamps, and performs administrative and correspondence duties for EPC projects.

Leads project-level quality assurance for construction and EPC projects. Develops Construction Quality Plans, manages QMS procedures, audits, subcontractor deliverables, NCRs, corrective actions, quality reporting, training, and continuous improvement. Coordinates with construction, engineering, clients, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with contractual, client, EPC, and ISO requirements.

Leads site QA/QC activities for construction projects, ensuring compliance with project, client, ADNOC, and international standards. Responsibilities include managing quality plans and QMS procedures, reviewing inspection and testing documents, supervising inspectors and subcontractors, managing NCRs and corrective actions, coordinating audits, monitoring quality KPIs, reporting trends, and driving continuous improvement. The role requires extensive oil and gas or petrochemical experience, welding and radiographic inspection certifications, QMS auditing expertise, and strong client-facing leadership.

Supervise electrical, instrumentation, and telecom construction activities and field teams for oil and gas EPC projects. Monitor safety, productivity, quality, schedule, budget, inspections, documentation, and punch-list closure. Interpret EIT drawings and technical documents, oversee installation of electrical and control systems, coordinate subcontractors, resolve technical issues, conduct toolbox talks and site walks, and prepare progress reports and manpower forecasts while ensuring HSE and quality compliance.
