Oversee accounts payable and receivable, month-end closing, reconciliations, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, treasury, banking, CapEx budgets, VAT and tax compliance. Maintain SAP master data, strengthen internal controls, support audits, and provide financial analysis to business stakeholders and Group Finance. The role requires UAE finance expertise, multinational reporting experience, and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Supports dormant and unclaimed account governance through reconciliation, exception management, reporting, Central Bank submissions, SOP maintenance, quality assurance, audit support, UAT, risk escalation, and process improvement. The role prepares MIS and dashboards, reviews data quality and rule-engine reports, coordinates fund transfers, advises operational teams on exceptions, tracks complaints and errors, and recommends mitigating controls.

Leads bulk employee onboarding, mobilization, deployment, and post-joining operations across multiple client accounts. Manages documentation, visas, medicals, insurance, inductions, travel, accommodation, site access, attendance, payroll inputs, benefits, transfers, renewals, offboarding, and final settlements. Supervises a team, meets client SLAs, maintains HRMS records and reports, and resolves employee and client escalations. Requires UAE manpower outsourcing experience, employee lifecycle expertise, and strong leadership and coordination skills.
