Provide strategic HSE leadership across multiple projects and sites: develop and maintain HSE Management System, drive safety culture and behavioral programs, own KPIs and risk reporting, lead incident/crisis investigations and regulatory liaison, manage ISO 45001/14001 audits and certifications, oversee HSE teams, training, budgets and client/authority HSE reviews.
