Supply Chain Operations Lead

Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, customer service, and operational excellence to ensure uninterrupted supply, cost efficiency, compliance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily supply chain operations and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
  
• Drive operational excellence across planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
  
• Monitor supply chain KPIs including OTIF, inventory accuracy, service levels, forecast accuracy, and cost optimization.
  
• Support strategic initiatives including new product launches, SAP implementation, and network optimization.
  
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Lead capacity planning and support expansion projects and packaging line implementation.
  
• Manage supplier and 3PL performance.
  
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives.
  
• Lead and develop supply chain teams and foster high-performance culture.
  
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Finance, Commercial, and Regulatory teams.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
  
• 7–10 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
  
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  
• SAP/ERP experience is preferred.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities including mastering Power BI, Excel and Microsoft programs.
