We are looking
for a results-driven recruiter with staffing agency experience to deliver
technical, specialist and bulk hiring requirements across oil & gas,
defense, engineering, manufacturing, construction and other sectors.
Key
Responsibilities
- Source screening and headhunt candidates through
LinkedIn, ATS, job portals, referrals and international talent
networks.
- Deliver qualified shortlists within agreed timelines
across vacancies.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and trackers, flagging
hiring risks and delays early.
- Achieve strong CV-to-interview, offer-to-joining and
placement conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with clients, hiring managers and internal
stakeholders to clarify requirements, agree priorities and secure timely
feedback.
- Support assigned client accounts through regular
updates, responsive communication and resolution of recruitment issues.
- Manage candidate engagement from submission through
interviews, offers and successful joining.
Requirements
- 2–5
years’ recruitment experience, preferably within staffing, outsourcing or
recruitment agencies.
- Proven
delivery of technical, engineering or industrial recruitment assignments.
- Strong
sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination and client relationship
skills.
- Ownership
of deadlines, hiring targets and placement outcomes.
- UAE
recruitment exposure preferred; ATS experience is an advantage.
