Manages corporate legal compliance, permits, licenses, contracts, property transaction documents, corporate actions, financing matters, and regulatory coordination. Supports company initiatives through document preparation, negotiation, compliance assessments, and cross-functional coordination.

Leads corporate finance, fundraising, financial structuring, forecasting, financial modeling, investor relations, capital markets initiatives, strategic transactions, and investor communications. Lead estate-wide security, health and safety strategy and operations; conduct risk assessments; manage asset protection, access control, incident response, and security personnel; ensure legal and EHS compliance; design and run CSR programs and stakeholder engagement; prepare performance and regulatory reports.

Lead end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding. Manage and support business applications through their lifecycle, deliver enhancements and integrations, provide Level 2 support and root cause analysis, monitor performance and security, handle UAT and training, manage user access and documentation, and identify opportunities for AI and automation to improve processes.

Lead and execute integrated commercial strategies across Rooms, Group, Events, F&B, Leisure, and Spa to maximize revenue and profitability. Partner with GMs and Finance on budgeting and forecasting, drive revenue management, collaborate with Sales/Marketing/eCommerce/PR, negotiate commercial agreements, monitor market trends, and develop a high-performing commercial team.

Manage cost control, estimation, tendering, procurement, and contract administration for tall building and mixed-use construction projects. Ensure quality and HSE compliance, assess and mitigate project risks, review supplier/subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, monitor budgets from estimate to final accounts, and provide procurement and cost-saving advice.

Lead and coordinate project execution across teams and contractors; monitor construction for compliance with drawings, specs, quality and safety; manage schedules, resources, budgets and costs; identify risks and implement corrective actions; conduct site inspections and meetings; prepare progress and cost reports for stakeholders.
