Lead estate-wide security, health and safety strategy and operations; conduct risk assessments; manage asset protection, access control, incident response, and security personnel; ensure legal and EHS compliance; design and run CSR programs and stakeholder engagement; prepare performance and regulatory reports.

Ensure quality and HSE compliance, assess and mitigate project risks, review supplier/subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, monitor budgets from estimate to final accounts, and provide procurement and cost-saving advice.

Lead and coordinate project execution across teams and contractors; monitor construction for compliance with drawings, specs, quality and safety; manage schedules, resources, budgets and costs; identify risks and implement corrective actions; conduct site inspections and meetings; prepare progress and cost reports for stakeholders.
