Manage cost control, estimation, tendering, procurement, and contract administration for tall building and mixed-use construction projects. Ensure quality and HSE compliance, assess and mitigate project risks, review supplier/subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, monitor budgets from estimate to final accounts, and provide procurement and cost-saving advice.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in tall building, high-rise, and mixed-use construction projects.Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Budget Plans (RAB).
- Familiar with contract law, construction contracts, tender processes, and subcontract administration.
- Proficient Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, sustainability practices, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
