Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Psychology, Social, or Government.
- At least have 5 years of working experience as Head of Security and CSR/ESR.
- Proven track record in managing security and CSR execution in similar industry or in mining and international company.
- In-depth knowledge of security regulations, EHS standards, and industrial access control systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Placement: Subang, West Java.
