Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including Manpower Planning (MPP), sourcing, screening, selection, placement, onboarding, and new employee orientation, ensuring manpower needs are fulfilled effectively and in a timely manner.
Manage recruitment channels, candidate sourcing, interview and selection processes, and recruitment reporting, while ensuring a positive candidate’s experience and alignment with the company's workforce needs.
Build and strengthen the organization's talent pipeline through structured workforce planning, development programs, and succession strategies that prepare employees for promotion and internal mobility.
Manage performance management and employee development activities, including performance planning, monitoring, evaluation, individual development plans, and identification of training needs to support employee productivity and competency development.
Oversee HR operations and administration, including employee records, HRIS, compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Maintain positive employee relations and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies, including handling employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts appropriately.
Support HR planning and organizational initiatives, including HR budget, manpower reporting, policy and process improvement, and other HR-related projects as required.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in human resource management/ psychology/law or equivalent.
Required language(s): English (oral and written).
At least 7 Years of Human Resource working experience and having 2 years in managerial role.
Having knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, performance management, industrial relation, HRIS, etc).
Having knowledge in labor laws and other related HR regulations in Indonesia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent in analytical thinking and problem solving.
Excellent in data administration, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to be based in Karawang, West Java, with flexibility to travel to Subang as required.
Skills Required
